Online Redemption:Visit the Adidas Czech Republic website (adidas.cz).Proceed to the payment page during checkout.Enter the full gift card number (found under the barcode) and your 4-digit PIN in the \'Gift Voucher\' field.Click \'Apply\' to use the gift card value.In-Store Redemption:Print the PDF page containing the gift card details.Take the printout to any participating Adidas Sport Performance, Adidas Originals, or Adidas Outlet store in the Czech Republic.Present the printout to the cashier at checkout.
