Redemption Instructions

1. Visit any AIBI outlet in Singapore.
2. After selecting your items, proceed to the payment counter and ask for the gift card redemption desk.
3. Present your AIBI Gift Card code to the cashier.
4. You will receive a one-time password (OTP); share this with the cashier for verification.
5. The redemption will be completed.

Terms & Conditions

Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash and can be only valid for use AIBI outlets in Singapore.
Not transferable; Not redeemable for cash; Not applicable for online purchases; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will automatically be forfeited.
Gift Cards not utilized before the expiry date will be forfeited without a refund or exchange.
No extensions of the expiry date will be entertained for expired gift cards.
Gift Card(s) are strictly not valid for resale.
AIBI Reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

Kad Hadiah tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai dan hanya sah untuk kegunaan cawangan AIBI di Singapura.
Tidak boleh dipindah milik; Tidak boleh ditebus dengan wang tunai; Tidak terpakai untuk pembelian dalam talian; sebarang baki jumlah tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau baucar lain dan akan dilucuthakkan secara automatik.
Kad Hadiah yang tidak digunakan sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh akan dilucuthakkan tanpa bayaran balik atau pertukaran.
Tiada lanjutan tarikh tamat tempoh akan dilayan untuk kad hadiah yang telah tamat tempoh.
Kad Hadiah tidak sah untuk dijual semula.
AIBI Memelihara hak untuk mengubah dan meminda terma dan syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis awal
