This AK Plaza digital gift certificate can be used at various AK Plaza locations across South Korea. You have the option to either exchange it for a physical paper gift certificate or use it directly at specified stores through an authentication message.

How to Use

Depending on the AK Plaza location, you can either use the authentication message directly for payment or exchange it for a physical gift certificate at a designated desk.

  • Direct Use: Available at AK PLAZA (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju, Gwangmyeong, Geumjeong stores), AK (Hongdae, Giheung stores), and Airport Specialty Stores (excluding Daemak store).
  • Exchange for Paper Gift Certificate: Available at the gift certificate desk at all AK PLAZA stores (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju stores) and the Information Desk (Gwangmyeong store).

Important Notes

  • The initial text message you receive will not contain a barcode. A barcode-type authentication message (MMS) will be sent after calling the provided ARS number.
  • The authentication message has an expiration date. Call the ARS number on the day of use or exchange from the mobile phone that received the message. If it expires, you can call again to receive a new one.
  • For balance refunds, contact the Galaxia Money Tree Customer Center. Refunds are possible when using 60% or more of purchases over 10,000 KRW, or 80% or more of purchases under 10,000 KRW.

Redemption Instructions

1. Call 080-970-0123 (collect call) from the mobile phone that received the gift certificate message.
2. After the call ends, you will receive a barcode-type authentication message (MMS).
3. Visit a participating AK PLAZA store (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju, Gwangmyeong, Geumjeong), AK (Hongdae, Giheung), or Airport Specialty Store.
4. Present the authentication message to the cashier for direct payment, or visit the gift certificate desk to exchange it for a paper gift certificate.

If you need to resend a text message due to deletion, non-receipt, etc., you can resend the text message (MMS) by following the steps below. Log in to Soda Gift → Sent Gifts → View Gift Details → Resend Gift You can resend the text message (MMS) by contacting the Soda Gift Team ([email protected]) ※ If you have blocked MMS reception, you must unblock it in your phone settings to receive text messages. [Cancellation and Refund Policy] - Before the initial expiration date: The purchaser can apply for payment cancellation or refund for unused vouchers by contacting the Soda Gift Customer Center at [email protected]. Balance refunds are available by contacting the Galaxia Money Tree Customer Center at 1566-0123 (Weekdays 09:00-18:00).
