An AmpolCash eGift Card is a digital voucher for use at participating Ampol service stations across Australia. It can be used for fuel, meals, and a range of other products available at the petrol station.

Where to Use

AmpolCash eGift Cards are redeemable in-store at participating Ampol, EG Ampol, and Ampol branded service stations. To locate a participating station, visit the Ampol Site locator at www.ampol.com.au/service-stations/find-a-service-station. Make sure to enter your location and set the filter to 'AmpolCash Digital Accepted' to find eligible sites. Note that AmpolCash Digital cannot be redeemed at Woolworths Metro fuel stations or for outdoor payment/Pay@pump.

Important Information

  • Each eGift Card is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  • The eGift Card can only be redeemed in-store; online redemption is not available.
  • The remaining balance on your digital pass may take up to 24 hours to update. Always check your store receipt for the most current balance.
  • Any remaining balance is forfeited upon expiry.

Redemption Instructions

1. Visit a participating Ampol service station. Use the Ampol Site locator (www.ampol.com.au/service-stations/find-a-service-station) and filter for \'AmpolCash Digital Accepted\' to find eligible locations.
2. Open your AmpolCash eGift Card on your mobile device.
3. Select \"Redeem Gift Card\" to display the QR code.
4. Present the QR code to the cashier for scanning.
5. For Android users: If you see \"Pass not Loaded\", click \"Show Preview\" or the download icon to display the QR code. If needed, download the WalletPasses App to store your eGift Card.
6. For iOS/Apple users: You can add the eGift Card to your Apple Wallet by clicking \"Add\".
7. The AmpolCash eGift Card does not require a PIN code; simply press Enter after the staff member has scanned it.
8. Note: AmpolCash digital cannot be used at outdoor payment or Pay@pump locations.
