Redemption Instructions

Online: Follow these steps during online checkout:
Add the eGift Card by entering the 16-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN exactly as they appear.
Click "Apply." You will receive a confirmation that the gift card value has been applied. You can use up to five eGift Cards per order. If you have another eGift Card, repeat steps 1-2.

Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta eGift Cards are issued by and represent an obligation of Direct Consumer Services ("DCS"). You can redeem the eGiftCard for merchandise at any Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta location, including Outlet and Factory stores. Additionally, you can redeem the eGiftCard online for merchandise at gap.com, gapfactory.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepublic.com, brfactory.com, and athleta.com.

If you return merchandise originally purchased with an eGiftCard, any refund will be issued in the form of a plastic gift card issued by DCS, which can be used at any of these stores or online. Purchases will be deducted from the eGiftCard's balance until it reaches zero. Please note that the eGiftCard may not be used or redeemed with certain promotional offers and may not be applied as payment on any account. You cannot use an eGiftCard to purchase other eGiftCards. The card's value may not be added to; you need to purchase a new card for additional value. It is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and is limited to use in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The eGiftCard is void if resold or transferred for value.

By purchasing this eGiftCard, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement. You can redeem up to 5 eGiftCards per online transaction.
