This Casamia Korea points voucher allows you to convert its value into Guud points, which can then be used for purchases at all Casamia branches and the Casamia online mall (Guud.com) in South Korea.

How it Works

• Convert the voucher into Guud points via the Casamia store or your Guud.com My Page.
• The converted points have a validity period of 3 months from the date of conversion.
• You must be registered as a Casamia integrated member to use points.
• Points are deducted with the earliest expiration date first.

Important Restrictions

• Points cannot be used for shipping costs when ordering from the Casamia online mall.
• Points cannot be used if the final payment amount is less than 5,000 KRW.
• Points cannot be refunded in cash, transferred to others, or used for rental or collateral purposes.
• Vouchers must be presented as a valid digital gift certificate on a mobile phone; authentication numbers alone are not accepted.
• If points become negative due to a purchase cancellation, accumulated points cannot be used until the balance is positive.

Validity Period Extension & Refund Policy

• Unused vouchers can be extended up to 1 day before their expiration date by contacting the inumber customer center (1644-5093). Extensions are in 93-day units, up to a maximum of 5 years from the original issuance date.
• After the initial expiration date, a refund of 90% of the purchase price can be requested by contacting the inumber customer center. Refund requests for expired vouchers are valid for up to 5 years from the original issuance date.
