Redemption Instructions

1. Shop online at davidjones.com or visit any David Jones store in New Zealand.
2. Present your eGift Card details at checkout for in-store purchases.
3. For online purchases, enter the eGift Card code during the payment process.

Terms & Conditions

Please treat this eGift Card as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This eGift Card, once activated, may only be used for purchases at David Jones in the country of issue. This eGift Card cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or used to pay any David Jones or other branded credit card accounts. The available funds will be verified on request or at time of purchase. No change is given and any balance that remains on the eGift Card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in David Jones. This eGift Card expires 36 months after purchase. Any balance that remains on the eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use, except as required by law. These terms and conditions may be amended by David Jones from time to time.
