Redemption Instructions

1. Download your Decathlon Digital Gift Card.
2. To redeem in-store: Print the gift card or show the code on your mobile phone to the cashier at checkout.
3. To redeem online: Use the code during checkout on www.decathlon.hr.

Terms & Conditions

Gift cards can be used for purchases in stores and on the Decathlon Croatia website. To check the balance of your gift card, call or visit your nearest Decathlon store. When paying with a gift card, any remaining funds remain on the card, so you will not receive a cash refund at the checkout. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. The gift card is only valid in Croatia and cannot be used in other countries.
You can check the balance of your gift card at any Decathlon store or by calling the Customer Service Center.

Poklon kartice mogu se koristiti za kupnju u trgovinama i na web stranici Decathlon Hrvatska. Za provjeru stanja vaše poklon kartice nazovite ili posjetite najbližu Decathlon trgovinu. Prilikom plaćanja poklovnom karticom sva preostala sredstva ostaju na kartici, tako da nećete dobiti povrat gotovine na blagajni. Poklon kartice nije moguće vratiti ili zamijeniti za gotovinu. Poklon kartica vrijedi samo u Hrvatskoj i ne može se koristiti u drugim državama.
Stanje poklon kartice možete provjeriti u bilo kojoj poslovnici Decathlona ili telefonski pozivom na broj Centra za korisničku podršku.
