Redemption Instructions

1. Create an account or sign in to the DoorDash app or DoorDash.com.
2. Navigate to Account > Gift Card.
3. Enter your gift card PIN.

To view your gift card credit balance:

For Mobile users:
1. Sign in to the DoorDash app.
2. Tap the icon in the top left corner.
3. Tap \"Payment Methods\" (Android) or \"Payment\" (iOS).

For Website users:
1. Sign in to www.doordash.com.
2. Click the menu icon (3 stacked lines).
3. Click \"Payments.\"

Your DoorDash credits, including gift card credits, will be combined and automatically applied to your next order.

Your gift card is redeemable towards eligible orders placed on www.doordash.com or in the DoorDash App in Canada. Gift card is made available and provided by DoorDash Technologies Canada, Inc. Gift card cannot be used to pay a credit account and is not redeemable for cash except when required by applicable law. Gift card cannot be resold or returned or exchanged for cash unless required by law. Gift card not valid until purchased and activated. Purchases with a gift card are subject to DoorDash\'s standard refund policy, and any refund amounts will be credited back to the DoorDash consumer\'s account. All gift card redemptions are final and may not be reversed.
