Redemption Instructions

1. Click on the “Click on Redeem” button.
2. A window will appear for you to enter your mobile number. Ensure the number is correct to avoid redemption failure.
3. Click on the “Confirm” button.
4. Upon confirmation, the credit will be sent to your mobile number via SMS.

•บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ dtac ไม่ใช่บัตรกำนัลเงินสด.
•บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ dtac ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือเครดิตได้.
•บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ dtac จะไม่ถูกเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงิน หากสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือหมดอายุ.
•dtac จะไม่รับผิดชอบสำหรับบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีการแลกหรือใช้ในทางที่ผิดโดยบุคคลอื่นนอกเหนือจากผู้รับที่ตั้งใจไว้.
•บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ dtacไม่สามารถออกใหม่หรือขยายเวลาได้หลังจากหมดอายุ.
•ไม่สามารถใช้บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกสของ dtac เพื่อซื้อบัตรกำนัลอื่นๆได้.
•บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ dtac ใช้ได้ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้นและไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือขอคืนเงินได้.
•บริการนี้เฉพาะลูกค้าแบบเติมเงินเท่านั้น.
•dtac eVoucher is not a cash voucher.
•dtac eVoucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.
•dtac eVoucher will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen or expired.
•dtac eVoucher is not responsible for e-voucher that has been redeemed or misused by anyone other than the intended recipient.
•dtac eVoucher cannot be reissued/extended after expiry.
•dtac eVoucher can only be used once and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
•dtac eVoucher cannot be cancelled/refunded.
