Redemption Instructions

To top up your EE mobile:

1. By phone: Dial 150 from your EE mobile and follow the voice instructions.
2. By text: Send a text to 150. In the message, type VO (space) followed by the 16-digit voucher code (e.g., VO 1234567891234567).
3. From abroad: Call 360 from your EE phone or +44 7953 966 250 from any other phone.
