Redemption Instructions

1. Visit any Eldorado retail store in Russia.
2. Select your desired goods or services.
3. Present the gift certificate at the cashier for payment.
4. If the purchase amount exceeds the certificate\'s value, pay the remaining balance with cash or a bank card.

Terms & Conditions

A gift certificate (Certificate) can be used to pay for goods/services in any store of the electronics hypermarket chain LLC \"\"MVM\"\" that corresponds to the brand of the Certificate. Payment for goods/services with the Certificate is not possible in the online store.

If the cost of the selected goods/service exceeds the value of the Certificate, an additional payment can be made by:

Cash,
Bank cards,
Gift cards purchased in \"\"MVM\"\" retail stores with cash payment.
The total number of Certificates cannot exceed 10 in one transaction;
When making a purchase, the full nominal value of the Certificate is deducted;
When returning goods/services paid for with the Certificate, the refund will be issued to a new Certificate;
The Certificate cannot be used to purchase:

Payments through the Cyberplat, Deltatelecom, Rapid systems,
Utility payments,
Money transfers,
Gift cards,
Insurance policies,
Down payments on credit purchases for goods/services (if the credit agreement is part of a non-standard promotion, such as interest-free loans that provide a discount on bank interest),
Promotional rules may impose restrictions or prohibitions on using the Gift Certificate for promotional goods.
The Certificate cannot be used for withdrawing cash from the store’s cash register;
Only individuals can use the Certificate to pay for goods/services;
The Certificate is a bearer instrument and can be used for payment by any individual upon presentation;
The Certificate is not personalized;
In case of loss, the Certificate cannot be restored. Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged;
The Certificate is valid for two years from the activation date, which is indicated on the Certificate itself;
The Certificate cannot be extended;
Presenting the Certificate for payment confirms that the holder is aware of the expiration date of the Certificate and agrees with the current Terms of Use;
The terms for using and accepting Certificates may change without notice to the Certificate holder;
In case of disputes regarding the Certificates, the Certificate holder can contact the organization that issued the Certificate for clarification.\"
