Important Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for one-time use on a single Grab Food order in Vietnam only.
  • This voucher is exclusively for Grab Food and cannot be used for GrabMart.
  • Cannot be applied to Small Order Fee and Platform Fee.
  • GrabGifts e-vouchers cannot be stacked, combined, or used with other discounts and promotions.
  • Must be redeemed within the specified validity period; no extensions are allowed.
  • Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Any unconsumed value from a single transaction will be forfeited.
  • Grab reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

Redemption Instructions

1. Click on the Activation URL. Ensure the Grab app is installed and you are logged in.
2. Click ‘Pick Your Gift’ and save the e-voucher to your \'My Rewards\' page.
3. If applicable, choose a service and your preferred gift breakdown.
4. The e-voucher is now redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’.
5. Proceed with your food order and click \"Offer\" to apply your voucher before completing the booking.

Terms & Conditions

1. Chỉ có giá trị sử dụng một lần cho một đơn hàng Đồ ăn tại Việt Nam.
2. Chỉ có hiệu lực trên GrabFood. Không áp dụng cho GrabMart.
3. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được sử dụng để trả cho Phí đơn hàng nhỏ và Phí nền tảng.
4. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được cộng dồn, chia nhỏ hoặc kết hợp cùng nhau để sử dụng trong một giao dịch.
5. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được sử dụng đồng thời với các chương trình giảm giá và khuyến mãi khác.
6. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift phải được sử dụng trong thời hạn quy định. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được phép gia hạn thêm.
7. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không thể chuyển nhượng, không hoàn lại và không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt / tín dụng hiện vật. Số dư còn lại không sử dụng sẽ bị hủy bỏ.
8. Grab có quyền thay đổi và sửa đổi các điều khoản và điều kiện này tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào mà không cần thông báo trước.
9. Nếu phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGifts của bạn bị lỗi, vui lòng truy cập trung tâm trợ giúp trong ứng dụng Grab để báo cáo sự cố.

6. GrabGifts e-voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed.
7. GrabGifts e-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
8. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
9. Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. If your GrabGifts e-voucher has an error, please visit help centre in Grab app to report the issue.
