Redemption Instructions

1. Open the Grab App on your mobile device.
2. Tap the \'Gifts\' icon.
3. Tap the \'Gifts\' icon located in the upper right corner.
4. Enter your 8-digit alphanumeric voucher code.
5. Ensure you type the code manually to avoid hidden characters from copy-pasting.
6. If the code contains \'0\' or \'O\', try both to see which works. Similarly, for \'1\' or \'I\', try both.
7. The voucher code expires in 3 months.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: The gift certificate is valid immediately after receiving it and expires after 3 months. Valid for one-time use on a booking in the Philippines only. Valid on specified service only (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, and Grab Transport). Promo code cannot be applied on the Platform Fee or Surcharge Fee. Promo code cannot be stacked, clubbed or combined for use in a single transaction. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. Promo code must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed. Promo code is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited. Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
