Redemption Instructions

1. This voucher is valid for one-time use on a transport ride in Vietnam only.
2. It is valid on JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCoach, GrabFamily, GrabPet, and Standard Taxi only. It is not applicable on GrabHitch, GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress.
3. The GrabGifts e-voucher cannot be applied to the Platform Fee.
4. GrabGifts e-vouchers cannot be stacked, clubbed, or combined for use in a single transaction.
5. GrabGifts e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
6. GrabGifts e-vouchers must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity is allowed.
7. GrabGifts e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unconsumed value will be forfeited.
8. If your GrabGifts e-voucher has an error, please visit the help center in the Grab app to report the issue.

1. Chỉ có giá trị sử dụng một lần khi sử dụng phương tiện vận chuyển tại Việt Nam.
2. Chỉ có hiệu lực trên JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCoach, GrabFamily, GrabPet và Standard Taxi. Không áp dụng trên GrabHitch, GrabFood, GrabMart và GrabExpress.
3. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được sử dụng cho Phí nền tảng.
4. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được cộng dồn, chia nhỏ hoặc kết hợp cùng nhau để sử dụng trong một giao dịch.
5. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được sử dụng đồng thời với các chương trình giảm giá và khuyến mãi khác.
6. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift phải được sử dụng trong thời gian quy định. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không được phép gia hạn thêm.
7. Phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGift không thể chuyển nhượng, không hoàn lại và không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt hoặc tín dụng. Số dư còn lại không sử dụng sẽ bị hủy bỏ.
8. Grab có quyền thay đổi và sửa đổi các điều khoản và điều kiện này tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào mà không cần thông báo trước.
9. Nếu phiếu quà tặng điện tử GrabGifts của bạn bị lỗi, vui lòng truy cập trung tâm trợ giúp trong ứng dụng Grab để báo cáo sự cố.
