Redemption Instructions

1. Click on the Activation URL provided after purchase. Ensure you have the Grab app installed and are logged in.
2. Click \'Pick Your Gift\' and save the e-voucher to your \'My Rewards\' page.
3. Choose your desired service and select the specific gift breakdown if applicable.
4. Once the e-voucher is redeemed, click \'View My Rewards\'.
5. Proceed with your booking steps within the Grab app and click \"Offer\" to apply your voucher.

Terms & Conditions

1. GrabGifts ini hanya berlaku di Indonesia.
2. Pilihan layanan Grab dan denominasi voucher yang telah Anda pilih di awal tidak dapat ditukarkan atau dibatalkan.
3. Voucher ini tidak berlaku untuk biaya tambahan dan biaya platform, dan tidak dapat digabungkan dengan promosi atau diskon lainnya
4. GrabGifts harus ditukarkan atau digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan.
5. Tidak ada perpanjangan jangka waktu untuk GrabGifts yang telah Anda tukarkan.
6. Voucher tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, tidak dapat dikembalikan, dan tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai/kredit.
7. Setiap nilai GrabGifts yang tidak digunakan akan hangus.
