Redemption Instructions

1. Click on the Activation URL provided. Ensure you have the Grab app installed and are logged in.
2. Tap \'Pick Your Gift\' and save the voucher to your \'My Rewards\' page in the app.
3. Select a GrabMart service and choose your preferred gift breakdown if applicable.
4. The voucher will be redeemed. Click \'View My Rewards\' to confirm.
5. Proceed with your GrabMart order, and during the booking steps, click \'Offer\' to apply your voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months.

Terms & Conditions

This eVoucher is applicable for GrabMart orders in Singapore only
Valid on the latest Grab app versions only
A successful redemption is only made upon checkout
The eVoucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period
No extension of validity allowed
The eVoucher cannot be applied to the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee
The eVoucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind
eVouchers that have been unwrapped and/or broken down are irreversible
The eVoucher may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise indicated
Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited
Grab reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to, or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.

eBaucar yang telah dibuka dan/atau dipecahkan tidak boleh dipulihkan
eBaucar boleh digunakan bersama dengan promosi, diskaun atau baucar lain melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya
Sebarang nilai yang tidak digunakan akan dilucuthakkan
Grab berhak, mengikut budi bicara munasabah mereka, untuk mengubah, menambah atau memadam syarat Promosi dan/atau menamatkan Promosi pada bila-bila masa.
