How it Works

Your iFood Card credit is linked to your digital wallet within the iFood app. It can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is depleted or the validity period expires. You can use multiple cards for a single purchase and complement payments with other available methods (excluding 'Pay on Delivery').

Important Terms

  • Exclusive use on the iFood App.
  • Valid for any product and shipping from available restaurants within the app.
  • The iFood Card is for the exclusive use of the holder and is not rechargeable.
  • Balance cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash.
  • Balance cannot be transferred to another Gift Card.
  • Validity: 3 months to activate the code in the iFood virtual wallet + 3 months to use the credit.

Redemption Instructions

1. Register an account on the iFood app if you don\'t have one.
2. In your profile, go to your Wallet and select \"Redeem iFood Card.\"
3. Enter the code from your iFood Card to add the credit to your wallet.
4. The credit will be available for use on future orders within the iFood app.

Terms & Conditions

Exclusive use on the iFood App. Valid for purchase of any product + shipping from available restaurants App. You are allowed to use as many cards as you like per purchase. The credit on your iFood Card can be used for the partial or total amount or you can complement the payment with the available methods (it is not possible to complement the payment with the Pay on Delivery method). The iFood Card is for the exclusive use of the holder and is not rechargeable. Your balance cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or converted to cash. It is not possible to transfer balance to another Gift Card.

Validity: 3 months to activate the code in the iFood virtual wallet + 3 months to use the credit.
