Redemption Instructions

1. Open the Lazada app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the Lazada Wallet icon, usually found in the upper right corner.
3. Select the \'Lazada Gift Cards\' icon.
4. Enter the provided Lazada Gift Card code.
5. Click \'Redeem\' to load the credits into your Lazada Wallet.
6. Once redeemed, the credits are ready for use on the Lazada app.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Lazada Gift Card can only be redeemed once to the Lazada Wallet via Lazada app. Once redeemed, the wallet credits can be used for multiple transactions.
2. The Lazada Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be resold for commercial purposes or in commercial quantities.
3. Lazada Wallet terms and conditions apply.

Important: The voucher code can only be used or loaded once and unused amounts will be forfeited. Discount can only be used once per Lazada customer. Discount is applied at checkout page when voucher code is entered. Discount is not valid on digital goods and mobile top-ups.
