Redemption Instructions

1. Visit www.lazada.sg or open the Lazada iOS/Android app.
2. Select your desired items and proceed to checkout.
3. On the payment page, apply the received activation PIN as a voucher code.
4. The gift card value will be applied to your purchase.
5. Note: Not applicable for payment via Cash on Delivery.

The Lazada Gift Card is only redeemable on Lazada.sg and it is only applicable on net price (excludes shipping/courier charges).
Lazada Gift Card is applicable for purchase of item on Lazada, except for those marked with Voucher code not applicable on this item.
Lazada Gift Card is only available for use ONCE during checkout, any remaining balance will be forfeited and is not refundable.
Lazada Gift Card will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
