Redemption Instructions

1. Select your products at any Lotte Mart nationwide.
2. Proceed to the checkout counter.
3. For Kiosk (POS) payment: After product registration, select [Payment method] → [Gift On] → [Enter barcode] → [Payment complete].
4. For cashier payment: Present the gift certificate to the cashier for authentication.
5. The gift card value will be applied to your purchase.

Terms & Conditions

[Expiration date extension policy] 1. Expiration date extension can be requested up to 1 day before the expiration date, limited to unused vouchers. 2. The expiration date can be extended in 93-day units, but this is limited to a maximum of 5 years from the initial issuance date. 3. You must call the Galaxia Moneytree Customer Center (1566-0123) to request an extension of the expiration date. (Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and refund policy] 1. Before the initial expiration date: Used vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation and refund for unused vouchers can be requested by the purchaser to the Soda Gift Customer Center ([email protected]). 2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the Galaxia Moneytree Customer Center (1566-0123) to request an extension, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded. 3. Refund requests for expired vouchers can only be requested within 5 years from the initial issuance date.
