Redemption Instructions

1. Ensure you have the Maya app installed and are logged into your account.
2. On the home screen, tap on the “More” or “Menu” button.
3. Select the “Gift Cards” or “Redeem” option.
4. Enter the gift card code exactly as it appears.
5. Tap “Redeem” or “Submit” to process the gift card.
6. Check your wallet balance to confirm the amount has been added.
7. You can now use the funds in your Maya wallet for various transactions.

Terms & Conditions

Maya eGift can be used to top-up your Maya wallet.
Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount/denomination.
The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code.
Maya accepts a maximum of four (4) transactions per service.
Maya accepts a maximum of P10,000 per transaction.
Maya accepts a maximum amount of P50,000 per month. Limits will reset on the first day of the next month.
Maya loading is operated by Giftaway, Inc. and is not officially affiliated with Maya.
A transfer fee may be deducted to cover the costs associated to process the redemption to the Service Provider, the amounts and structure of which are subject to change without prior notice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the applicable transfer fees before initiating a redemption.
