○환불 조건 및 방법
- 주문 후 상품권을 e-mail로 수령하신 이후에는 상품권에 대한 주문취소 또는 환불이 되지 않으나 아래 조건에 해당 시 환불이 가능합니다.
1) 상품권 전송 시 시스템적 장애 또는 e-mail 주소가 일치하지 않거나 서비스 되고 있지 않음으로 인해 영구적으로 수신자에게 쿠폰 번호가 정상적으로 발송되지 않는 경우 결제전액 환불이 가능합니다.
2) 주문 시 Network 문제로 인해 결제만 수행되고 정상적으로 e-mail 발송 단계를 거치지 못 한 경우 결제 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
3) 유효기간내 구매자가 해당 상품을 교환처에서 교환할 수 없는 경우 결제 금액 전액 환불 가능하며, 유효기간이 만료 후 소멸시효 만료 전까지 구매금액의 90%의 금액을 환불 받을 수 있습니다.
4) 무료로 지급된 기업 이벤트 또는 프로모션 상품은 기간연장 및 환불이 되지 않습니다.
5) 상품의 가격이 변경이 되었거나 물품 품절 등의 이유로 기간연장이 불가능한 경우 구매금액 전액을 환불해 드립니다.

본 온라인 상품권은 지급보증 및 피해보상보험 계약없이 (주)윈큐브마케팅의 신용으로 발행합니다.

○Refund conditions and method - After ordering and receiving the gift certificate by e-mail, the gift certificate cannot be canceled or refunded. However, a refund is possible if the conditions below are met. 1) If the coupon number is not permanently sent to the recipient due to a system error when sending the gift certificate, or the e-mail address does not match or is not in service, a full refund is possible. 2) If payment is made due to a network problem when ordering and does not go through the e-mail sending stage properly, a full refund is possible. 3) If the buyer is unable to exchange the product at the exchange location within the validity period, the full amount paid can be refunded, and 90% of the purchase price can be refunded after the expiration of the validity period but before the expiration of the statute of limitations. 4) Corporate events or promotional products provided free of charge cannot be extended or refunded. 5) If the period cannot be extended due to a change in the product price or out of stock, the full purchase price will be refunded.
