1. User to enter the email address on their PayPal account
2. Login to PayPal account to claim money
3. Transfer to bank or choose to leave in PayPal.
New PayPal User:
1. Sign up for a PayPal account.
2. Accept terms and conditions.
3. Account complete and payment will appear in your dashboard.
