Redemption Instructions

1. This card can be redeemed using the PlayStation Store on a PS4 system, PS3, PS Vita, or PC.
2. Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
3. Select the PlayStation Store icon on the system\'s home screen.
4. On PlayStation®Store, select \'Redeem Codes\' at the bottom of the menu.

・日本国内向けアカウントのウォレットへのチャージ（入金）にのみ、
ご利用いただけます。
・PSストアチケットおよびPlayStationのご利用には、PlayStation 利用規約
の遵守が必要です。
・PSストアチケットのご利用にあたっては、ファミリー管理者アカウン
ト、ファミリーメンバー（大人）のアカウントまたはマスターアカウン
トを登録する必要があります。これらのアカウントは、1 8 歳以上の方
のみ作成することができます。
・PSストアチケットは、返品・換金・再発行できません。また、紛失、
盗難、破損、またはコード番号の漏洩等によりお客様が被った損害に対
して、当社は責任を負いかねます。
・チャージを行う前に、必ずチャージをするアカウントにお間違いがな
いかご確認ください。一度チャージされた金額は他のアカウントへの移
行や返金ができません。

い。

* Use of PS Store tickets and PlayStation requires compliance with the PlayStation Terms of Service.
* To use PS Store tickets, you must register a Family Administrator account, a Family Member (Adult) account, or a Master account. These accounts can only be created by individuals 18 years of age or older.
* PS Store tickets cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or reissued. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by customers due to loss, theft, damage, or leakage of the code number.
* Before topping up, please be sure to check that you are using the correct account. Once topped up, the amount cannot be transferred to another account or refunded.
