Redemption Instructions

1. Go to the Recochoku Store (recochoku.jp) and select the song you want to purchase.
2. Proceed to the purchase screen.
3. Select \"Recochoku prepaid card balance\" as your payment method.
4. Confirm the current balance, purchase amount, and balance after purchase, then complete the transaction.

●Can be used with smartphones (Android, iPhone) and computers that are compatible with the Recochoku Store.
●Cannot be used with conventional mobile phones, or Nintendo 3DS LL/Nintendo 3DS download software Recochoku.
●Some smartphones are not compatible. Please check the following website for compatible Recochoku models before purchasing.

●To use, you must register (free) and log in to Club Recochoku.
●Recochoku Prepaid has an expiration date. Recochoku Prepaid cannot be used after the expiration date.
●The expiration date of the unused balance after adding balance is one year from the last balance addition. If it has expired, it will be invalid and cannot be used.
●The upper limit for adding balance is 500,000 yen of unused balance. You cannot add a balance exceeding this amount.
●Cancellation, refunds, returns, cash conversion, ticket reissue, ticket expiration extension, or exchange for other tickets cannot be accepted.
Please note that we cannot provide support if this ticket is resold.

●残高追加後の未使用残高の有効期限は、最終残高追加から1年間となります。有効期限切れの場合、無効となりご利用いただけません。
●残高追加の上限金額は、未使用残高50万円までです。それを超える残高は追加いただけません。
●キャンセル、返金、返品の受付、換金、チケットの再発行、チケットの有効期限延長、他のチケットへの交換はいたしかねます。
●本チケットを転売買された場合のサポートはいたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。
