Redemption Instructions

1. Open the Shopee app and go to \'My Voucher\' on \'My Page\'.
2. Enter the E-Voucher Code and click \'Save\'.
3. The voucher value will appear in \'My Vouchers\' if successful.
4. Your E-Voucher is now ready to use for eligible purchases.

Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Shopee adalah kode voucher elektronik yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna untuk mendapatkan diskon sebesar nilai tertentu sesuai dengan voucher tersebu
2. Diskon berlaku untuk pembelian semua produk di Shopee kecuali:
- Merchant ShopeePay
- Isi Ulang (Pulsa, Paket Data, e-money, Roaming)
- Tagihan (Listrik PLN, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Pasca Bayar, Angsuran Kredit)
- Tiket (Kereta Api, Pesawat, Bus)
- Hiburan (Voucher Game, Deals Sekitarmu, Tiket Event & Hiburan)
- Donasi & Keuangan (Donasi, Zakat, Pinjaman Modal)
- ShopeeFood
- Semua Produk Keuangan.
3. Voucher Shopee berlaku untuk penerima kode voucher saat checkout via aplikasi Shopee.
4. Voucher Shopee dapat digunakan khusus untuk transaksi pembelian yang menggunakan pengiriman Hemat, Reguler atau Kargo.
5. Voucher hanya dapat digunakan dalam satu kali transaksi. Saldo yang tidak terpakai tidak dapat dikembalikan.
6. Voucher tidak berlaku lagi setelah habis masa berlakunya. Tidak dapat dilakukan perpanjangan masa berlaku.
7. Voucher tidak dapat dikembalikan, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, tidak dapat ditukarkan dengan uang tunai dan tidak dapat digabungkan dengan voucher dengan nilai yang lebih tinggi.
8. Voucher dapat digabung dengan Voucher Toko & Voucher Pengiriman Gratis\"oucher hanya dapat digunakan dalam satu kali transaksi. Saldo yang tidak terpakai tidak dapat dikembalikan.
9. Voucher tidak berlaku lagi setelah habis masa berlakunya. Tidak dapat dilakukan perpanjangan masa berlaku.
10. Voucher tidak dapat dikembalikan, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, tidak dapat ditukarkan dengan uang tunai dan tidak dapat digabungkan dengan voucher dengan nilai yang lebih tinggi.

12. Selama Periode Penukaran, satu pengguna Shopee hanya berhak untuk melakukan satu kali penukaran Voucher Shopee. Dalam hal Shopee mendeteksi bahwa satu pengguna memiliki beberapa akun aktif maka seluruh transaksi yang dilakukan oleh beberapa akun akan dianggap dilakukan oleh 1 (satu) pengguna. Shopee berhak untuk membatalkan transaksi, menarik pemberian diskon atau cashback, membekukan akun atau apabila diperlukan mengambil tindakan lain sesuai dengan Kebijakan Shopee dan/atau hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, apabila Shopee mendeteksi adanya penggunaan Voucher Shopee yang berlebihan dan abnormal yang dilakukan oleh pengguna dengan beberapa akun aktif yang melanggar Kebijakan Shopee dan/atau hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.
13. Penerbitan dan penggunaan Voucher Shopee tunduk kepada Kebijakan Shopee. Shopee memiliki diskresi penuh untuk mengubah syarat dan ketentuan dan penggunaan Voucher Shopee dengan tunduk kepada Kebijakan Shopee.

1. Shopee E-Voucher is an electronic voucher code that can be used by users to get a discount of a certain value according to the e-voucher.
2. Discount applies to purchases of all products on Shopee except:
- ShopeePay merchants
- Top up (Credit, Data Package, e-money, Roaming)
- Bills (PLN Electricity, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Postpaid, Credit Installments)
- Tickets (Train, Plane, Bus)
- Entertainment (Game Vouchers, Deals Around You, Event Tickets & Entertainment)
- Donations & Finance (Donations, Zakat, Capital Loans)
- ShopeeFood
- All Financial Products.
3. Shopee e-vouchers are valid for voucher code recipients when checking out via the Shopee application.
4. Shopee E-Vouchers can be used specifically for purchase transactions using Economical, Regular or Cargo shipping.
5. E-vouchers can only be used in one transaction. Unused balances are non-refundable.
6. E-vouchers are no longer valid after they expire. No extension of the validity period can be made.
7. E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with vouchers of higher value.
8. E-vouchers can be combined with Shop Vouchers & Free Delivery Vouchers. E-vouchers can only be used in one transaction. Unused balances cannot be returned.
9. E-vouchers are no longer valid after they expire. No extension of the validity period can be made.
10. E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with vouchers of higher value.

12. During the Exchange Period, one Shopee user is only entitled to exchange one Shopee Voucher. In the event that Shopee detects that one user has several active accounts, all transactions carried out by several accounts will be considered carried out by 1 (one) user. Shopee has the right to cancel transactions, withdraw discounts or cashback, freeze accounts or if necessary take other action in accordance with Shopee Policy and/or applicable law in Indonesia, if Shopee detects excessive and abnormal use of Shopee Vouchers by users with several active accounts that violate Shopee Policies and/or applicable laws in Indonesia.
13. Issuance and use of Shopee Vouchers is subject to Shopee Policy. Shopee has full discretion to change the terms and conditions and use of Shopee Vouchers subject to Shopee Policy.
