Redemption Instructions

Phone Redemption Instructions
1. Call SiriusXM Customer Care at 1-866-635-2349.
2. Inform the agent that you have a SiriusXM Digital Prepaid PIN to apply to your account.
3. Provide your Radio ID or telephone number when requested to locate your account.
4. Share the 14-digit PIN code to apply the credit.
5. Enjoy SiriusXM programming!

Online Redemption Instructions
1. Visit care.siriusxm.com and access the My Account section.
2. If you’re an existing subscriber:
• Log in to your account.
• Enter the Digital Prepaid PIN in the “Redeem a Prepaid Card or Digital Service PIN” field.
3. If you’re a new subscriber:
• Go to the My Account tab and select Activate a New Radio under the I’m New section.
• Follow steps to create an account:
• Complete account registration (Steps 1–4).
• Enter payment details in Step 5.
• Select the checkbox “I have a SiriusXM Prepaid Subscription Card that I’d like to use.”
• Enter the PIN in the Card PIN Number box.
• Click Update Total to apply the value to your subscription.

Important Notes
• A valid credit card is required to create a new account.
• Ensure the PIN is entered exactly as displayed.
