Redemption Instructions

1. Ensure you are a registered Touch \'n Go eWallet user.
2. Click the redemption link provided after purchase.
3. For mobile redemption: You will be redirected to the TNG APP. If not, open the voucher URL in a web browser to log in. Authorise \'Wogi\' as the crediting partner. Credits will be loaded to your wallet.
4. For web browser redemption: Enter your mobile number and PIN to log in to your TNG account. Authorise \'Wogi\' as the crediting partner. Credits will be loaded to your wallet.
5. You will receive an in-app notification once the credit is successful. Voucher is valid for 1 year.

Terms & Conditions

1. By using the Direct Credit Service, you hereby authorises TNGD to perform the following:
a) To automatically credit your Account upon receipt of direct credit instructions from Wogi
b) To provide the relevant information required by Wogi to facilitate the Direct Credit process which may include your personal data and/or information.
2.You shall ensure that direct credit amount is within the transaction limit of your respective wallet tiering. Should the amount requested be exceeding the transaction limit, the direct credit instruction may be rejected by TNGD.
3.You hereby agree that TNGD shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to credit your Account where the relevant merchant where the direct credit instructions is made has delayed, rejected, refused or is otherwise unable to send such direct credit instructions to TNGD
4.You hereby agree to indemnify and to keep TNGD indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses that TNGD may incur arising from your authorisation and request to TNGD to credit your Account or any error in such authorisation due to any reason whatsoever except due to the gross negligence or wilful default of TNGD.
5.TNGD reserves the right at its absolute discretion to approve or reject the Direct Credit Service application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6.TNGD shall be entitled, at any time, without notice to you, terminate this Direct Credit Service without assigning any reason whatsoever and thereafter, TNGD shall be under no obligation to credit your TNG eWallet upon receipt of direct credit instructions under this Direct Credit Service. TNGD shall not be held liable for any losses or damages you may suffer.

1. Dengan menggunakan Perkhidmatan Kredit Langsung, anda dengan ini membenarkan TNGD untuk melaksanakan perkara berikut:
a) Untuk mengkreditkan Akaun anda secara automatik apabila menerima arahan kredit terus daripada Wogi
b) Untuk memberikan maklumat berkaitan yang diperlukan oleh Wogi untuk memudahkan proses Kredit Langsung yang mungkin termasuk data peribadi dan/atau maklumat anda.
2. Anda hendaklah memastikan bahawa jumlah kredit langsung berada dalam had transaksi peringkat dompet anda masing-masing. Sekiranya amaun yang diminta melebihi had transaksi, arahan kredit langsung mungkin ditolak oleh TNGD.
3. Anda dengan ini bersetuju bahawa TNGD tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kelewatan atau kegagalan untuk mengkreditkan Akaun anda di mana pedagang yang berkaitan di mana arahan kredit langsung dibuat telah melambatkan, menolak, menolak atau sebaliknya tidak dapat menghantar arahan kredit terus tersebut kepada TNGD
4. Anda dengan ini bersetuju untuk menanggung rugi dan memastikan TNGD menanggung rugi terhadap sebarang tuntutan, kerugian, kerosakan, kos dan perbelanjaan yang mungkin ditanggung oleh TNGD daripada kebenaran anda dan meminta kepada TNGD untuk mengkreditkan Akaun anda atau sebarang kesilapan dalam kebenaran tersebut atas sebarang sebab walau apa pun kecuali disebabkan kecuaian teruk atau keingkaran yang disengajakan oleh TNGD.
5.TNGD berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk meluluskan atau menolak permohonan Perkhidmatan Kredit Langsung tanpa memberikan sebarang sebab.
6. TNGD berhak, pada bila-bila masa, tanpa notis kepada anda, menamatkan Perkhidmatan Kredit Langsung ini tanpa memberikan sebarang sebab dan selepas itu, TNGD tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk mengkreditkan TNG eWallet anda apabila menerima arahan kredit langsung di bawah Kredit Langsung ini Perkhidmatan. TNGD tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan yang mungkin anda alami.
