Please note that the E-fun card cannot be used for cross-border purchases of goods in bonded warehouses.

Important Terms

  • The E-fun card is valid for 2 years from the date of card printing.
  • Once sold, this E-fun card cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Keep your E-fun card details secure, as Watsons is not responsible for leakage or loss.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the E-fun card value, you can pay the difference using Alipay, WeChat, or UnionPay Cloud Flash Payment.
  • If you accidentally delete a bound card from WeChat, you can rebind it using WeChat's built-in function: WeChat card package -> "FAQ" -> "Historical coupon list" -> deleted E-fun cards -> "View redeemed membership cards" -> "Claim".

Redemption Instructions

There are three main ways to bind and use your Watsons E-fun card:

1. **WeChat Binding:**
* Follow the official account \"Watsons Service Assistant\" on WeChat.
* Click [Mall] → Fun enjoy the card as a gift to friends → bind Fun card.
* Enter the card number and password.
* Select the card effect and receive the card package.
* Once bound, go to your WeChat card package, select the E-Fun card, click \"Use\" to display the QR code for the store clerk.
* A card bound to WeChat can be used universally in physical stores, cloud stores (mini programs), and the Watsons app.

2. **Watsons APP Binding:**
* **Method 1 (During Order):** On the order submission page in the Watsons APP, click to use Watsons Fun card, then click to bind e-fun card. Follow prompts to enter the card number and password.
* **Method 2 (Personal Center):** Open the Watsons app, select \"Personal Center\", click on the \"Watsons Fun Card\" menu, then click on \"Bind e-Fun Card\". Follow prompts to enter the card number and password.
* A card bound to the Watsons app can be used in physical stores and the app.

3. **Cloud Store (WeChat Mini Program) Binding:**
* Search for \"Watsons Official Cloud Store\" in the WeChat mini program.
* Go to \"My\" → \"e-fun Card\" → \"bind e-fun Card\".
* Enter the card number and password, then confirm.
* A card bound to the official Watsons cloud store can be used universally in physical stores and cloud stores (mini programs).

Terms & Conditions

Validity period: 2 years from the date of card printing
