Redemption Instructions

1. Log in to www.zalora.com.hk.
2. Go to \'My Account\' then \'My Wallet\'.
3. Enter your unique Gift Card code under \'Store Credit\'.
4. The value will appear in \'My Wallet\', and you can start shopping.

Terms & Conditions

Gift card code is applicable only at www.zalora.com.hk and can be used for multiple transactions.
All Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Products purchased using a Gift Card are not refundable in cash but only store credit.
ZALORA Singapore reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Amount of store credits held in the Zalora Wallet shall not exceed 5,000 HKD at any one time.
Wallet store credits derived from gift cards are only valid for one (1) year from the date of deposit of the store credits into the Zalora wallet.
