To download your Gift Card, you will receive security codes with an expiration date and relative instructions. La Tarjeta Regalo es válida en tiendas y webs del Grupo Inditex en España: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home y Lefties; y en las tiendas Kiddy\'s Class (los Establecimientos). No se reemplazará en caso de robo, pérdida o daño. Su saldo no se puede reembolsar ni cambiar por dinero en efectivo. El uso implica la aceptación de los términos y condiciones proporcionados antes de la compra y disponibles en los Comercios. Emisor: Fashion Retail, S.A. No se aceptarán devoluciones de Tarjetas compradas en otro país.
El saldo de la Tarjeta no se puede reembolsar ni cambiar por efectivo.
La Tarjeta es un documento al portador. La responsabilidad de su uso y custodia recae únicamente en el titular de la tarjeta. No se sustituirá en caso de robo, pérdida o deterioro, si bien el Emisor se reserva el derecho a reponerlo en caso de cambio de formato.
Una Tarjeta obtenida ilegalmente será nula, no podrá ser utilizada para la compra de productos y no será reembolsada.
La Tarjeta no puede utilizarse con fines publicitarios o promocionales, excepto con el consentimiento previo por escrito del Emisor.
La compra y/o uso de la Tarjeta implica la plena aceptación de las presentes condiciones, que han sido facilitadas con anterioridad a la compra de la Tarjeta y que están disponibles en los Comercios.

The Gift Card is valid in stores and websites of the Inditex Group in Spain: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties; and in Kiddy\'s Class stores (the Establishments). It will not be replaced if stolen, lost or damaged. Your balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Returns of Cards purchased in another country will not be accepted.
The Card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
The Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for its use and custody lies solely with the cardholder. It will not be replaced in case of theft, loss or deterioration, although the Issuer reserves the right to replace it in case of a change in format.
A Card obtained illegally will be void, cannot be used to purchase products and will not be refunded.
The Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes except with the prior written consent of the Issuer.
The purchase and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these conditions, which have been provided prior to the purchase of the Card and which are available in the Merchants.
