Redemption Instructions

Online:
1. At the checkout page, enter your e-voucher code (up to 5 e-vouchers can be used in a single transaction).
2. Enter the OTP corresponding to each e-voucher as prompted.
3. Once the e-vouchers are validated, the total value will be applied as \"eGiftCard Payment Received\".
4. Pay any remaining balance and complete the transaction.

In-store:
1. Visit any COURTS store in Singapore.
2. Proceed to the cashier counter with your chosen items.
3. Present your e-voucher(s) to the cashier and state the amount you wish to use.
4. The cashier will scan your e-voucher(s) into the system.
5. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for each e-voucher; share this with the cashier.
6. Once the amount is deducted from the e-voucher(s), the redemption is complete.

Terms & Conditions

- The e-voucher value is expressed in SGD.
- The e-voucher is valid for use only at COURTS stores in Singapore and courts.com.sg
- This e-voucher has an expiry date; no validity extension requests will be entertained.
- The e-voucher can not be refunded or returned once purchased.
- The e-voucher can be used for general, sale, or promotional items except for concessionaire products and vouchers.
- This e-voucher is not exchangeable for COURTS Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Cash / or any other form of compensation that is not considered a product purchase.
- The balance of this e-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for the payment of flexiplans monthly installment.
- No minimum purchase is required.
- Multiple redemptions are allowed. Customers may choose to use any amount which is less than the e-gift card\'s balance.
- Payment by the e-voucher will not be entitled to any Home Club member points for the utilized value.
- The use of this e-voucher is governed by and constitutes the acceptance of conditions set by COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
