Redemption Instructions

1. Visit any participating FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia.
2. Select your desired items.
3. At the cashier, present the QR code from your coupon.
4. The cashier will scan the QR code to apply the voucher value to your purchase.
5. No printouts or screenshots will be accepted; the QR code must be presented digitally.

Terms & Conditions

1) Each voucher is entitled for redemption of any purchase (except purchase of Tobacco, Reloads of Mobile Phone, Game Point and Other Services, as well as plastic bags)at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia (except Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue, Petron Genting Permai, and KLIA2), depending on in-store availability. Users are required to top up the amount differences for any purchase exceeding the voucher value. However, in the event that the transaction value is lower than the voucher value, the price difference will not be refunded.
2)The voucher QR Code must be presented and scanned by the cashier for the redemption. Failure to do so, redemption is not allowed.
3) The voucher can be used for one-time redemption only and only one voucher is allowed per single transaction / receipt
4) The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other rewards under any circumstances
5) Any unredeemed voucher will be forfeited after the validity period and will not be refunded to the user nor exchangeable for cash.
6) FamilyMart will not entertain any claim for lost of vouchers.
7) FamilyMart reserves the right to terminate or refuse the usage of the voucher where there is rational suspect of any abuse and/or misuse of the voucher and/or any unethical behavior in relation to FamilyMart. This includes stealing, abusive or offensive behavior, providing false information.
8) FamilyMart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
