Redemption Instructions

1. Activate your Metro Online Gift Card using the activation link: https://www.metro-online.pk/activateGiftCard
2. Ensure you have access to the mobile number used for activation for OTP verification during redemption.
3. Shop on the Metro Online website or app.
4. During checkout, select the option to use a gift card and enter your gift card details.
5. The gift card value will be applied to your order. Remember, only one gift card can be used per order, and it must be used in full.

Terms & Conditions

1. Metro Online Gift Card is redeemable at Metro Online web/apps.
2. Metro Online Gift Card is not a cash voucher. Gifts Cards can be used for Grocery in LHE,ISL & FSD. Electronics & Apparel for from all over Pakistan
3. No additional bank discounts or Metro Online vouchers will be applicable on Metro Online Gift Cards. Only 1 Gift Card per Order
4. Metro Online Gift Card will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen or expired.
5. Metro Online Gift Cards will expire on the date stated on the voucher.
6. Metro Online Gift Card cannot be used with other voucher in a single order at check out.
7. Metro Online Gift Cards cannot be cancelled/refunded/extended. Neither can it be recharged.
8. Metro Online Gift Card will be send to the email address mentioned in the shipping billing address, make sure it\'s accurate.
9. Metro reserves the right to cancel any order with a gift card, however the balance remains safe with the customer
10. If an order gets cancelled, customers unused balance is returned within 24-48 hours to Metro wallet.
11. Metro shall not be held liable in case Gift Card is stolen or misused by any means whether the Gift Card at the time of use was with the customer or transferred to someone by another party.There are no warranties regarding these Gift Cards.
12. The Gift card needs to be activated using the activation link: https://www.metro-online.pk/activateGiftCard
13. Once the Gift card is activated, the card cannot be used with any other email ID/mobile number.
14. Please ensure to enter a valid number for the OTP which will be needed at the time of Gift card activation and redemption.
15. A copy of the NADRA Identity Card will be compulsory for transactions over PKR 30,000.
