Redemption Instructions

I. Online User Journey:
1. Visit the website https://sparnigeria.com/
2. Browse products and add items to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Apply the voucher code in the designated voucher column on the order total screen.
5. The discount will be applied. Pay any remaining balance.
6. Submit your order.

II. Physical Store User Journey:
1. Visit any Spar store in Nigeria.
2. Select your desired products or services.
3. Present your voucher code to the till officer at payment.
4. The till officer will apply the voucher code to your purchase.
5. Pay any remaining balance if your purchase exceeds the voucher value.

Terms & Conditions

- To redeem your voucher, simply visit any Spar online or physical outlets in Nigeria
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- It can be redeemed for any merchandise offered by Spar
- Validity is for 12 months from the day of purchase
- Gift vouchers are reusable but not reloadable
- It cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or damaged
- If misplaced, Spar cannot block or cancel the voucher, and they will not be liable for any transactions on the lost or stolen voucher
- This eGift voucher may not be used to buy other vouchers or combined with any other offers unless approved by the merchant
- Neither the issuer nor vendor is responsible for any lost, destroyed, or stolen eGift vouchers or their use without your permission
