This digital voucher allows you to purchase beverages and food items at participating Compose Coffee stores across South Korea. It offers flexibility, as you can use it in installments, with any remaining balance automatically saved for future use.

How to Use Your Voucher

• Present the voucher when making a purchase at the store.
• If your purchase exceeds the voucher's value, you can combine it with other payment methods.
• The voucher can be used multiple times until the balance is depleted.

Important Redemption Notes

• This voucher cannot be combined with additional discounts, coupon accumulation, or stamp accumulation programs.
• Point accumulation and affiliated card discounts are not available when using this product.
• Refunds are possible under specific conditions: for vouchers under 10,000 KRW, 80% or more must be used; for vouchers over 10,000 KRW, 60% or more must be used.

Expiration and Extension Policy

The voucher is valid for a specific period. You can request an extension of the expiration period up to one day before it expires, for unused vouchers. Extensions are granted in 93-day increments, up to a maximum of 5 years from the initial issuance date. To extend, contact the Wincube Marketing Customer Center.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

After the initial expiration date, the recipient can request a refund of 90% of the purchase price by contacting the Wincube Marketing Customer Center. Refund requests for expired vouchers are only possible within 5 years from the original issuance date.
